    All assessment partners conduct the BCI online certification examinations in their dedicated assessment centers called authorized BCI Assessment Centers (BACs).

    BCI’s ongoing advocacy initiatives touch governments, BPO Industry associations and indeed, client companies who outsource their work to BPO outfits with the help of Advocacy Partners.
  • Knowledge & Research Partners

    As a global leader in outsourcing standards, BCI works on the cutting edge of BPO knowledge and BCI knowledge partners help in the generation of knowledge and publication and propagation of this knowledge across the world.
  • Learning Facilitators

    Being a knowledge-driven organization, BCI is high on content requirements – at times to help its authorized Training Providers and the training departments of BPO organizations to support the certification training activities.
  • Certification System Distribution (CSD)

    The CSD partnering program is open for all forms and types of entrepreneurs and businesses, who intend to deal with BPO and BCI but yet do not want to involve in BPO training or audits.
