BCI Corporate Academy Program (CAP)

This program is meant for enabling BPO service-provider companies and large call centers become BCI Corporate Academy Partners and get a cost-effective, long-term solution for certifying their workforce- and managers on international standards. International teams of the CredForce Group have been mandated by BCI to handle the Corporate Academy partnering program on its behalf. The new Corporate Academy Program is open for all forms and types of BPO service-provider companies, contact centers, IT companies and other backoffice services providers who have large internal workforce development requirements. A BCI Corporate Academy Partnership leads to the installation of internationally benchmarked talent transformation and workforce development ecosystem called the BCI EcoSys. Two critical of the many other components of the BCI EcoSys include a complete curricular framework customized for the partner’s organization but aligned to the international HCMS21 standards and the BCI licensed CREDENT® assessment and certification system. In addition, a Corporate Academy Partner also gets access to BCI’s international talent pool for hiring across the world.
